Bright Architecture is a Brooklyn-based architecture firm with a creative and collaborative work environment. We are seeking talented and ambitious Junior Architects looking for engagement and professional growth throughout the design and construction process. You will work closely with Project Architects in producing deliverables with a strong emphasis in design and conceptual thinking. Qualifications:
- 2-4 years professional experience.
- Bachelors degree or greater in Architecture.
- Outstanding conceptual skills and design talent.
- Experience in the preparation of construction sets.
- Strong drawing and graphic communication skills across a variety of platforms, including hand sketching.
- Familiarity in Vectorworks or other BIM related platforms and workflows, a plus.
- A strong interest or experience in high-end fitness and hospitiality design.

We are looking for a project architect to develop interior design projects from concept through to implementation. The position is for a qualified, experienced and creative well rounded Architect with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years post Part-III (or equivalent) experience and can demonstrate understanding of RIBA work stages of the design process.
Role and responsibilities:
- Running projects from conception to completion.
- Generating ideas and concept development.
- Detailing construction drawings and interior layouts.
- Producing technical drawings and tender packages.
- Client presentation and meetings.
- Mentoring junior designers.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 3 years post Part-III (or equivalent) professional experience, ideally in residential design.
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction technology.
- Good understanding of UK planning process.
- Proven experience of working across all RIBA work stages.
- Excellent presentation, conceptual and visualising skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and Sketchup.
- On site experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong and confident client communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
