Savvy is partnering with an international digital agency based in Singapore and they are looking for Experience Designers to be part of their project for a 3 months contract.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment of existing sites/properties for usefulness, usability, visual design, content and branding.
- Articulate objectives to guide the development of evaluation criteria.
- Identify strategic opportunities for competitive advantage based on findings.
- Lead participatory design/user testing sessions and present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior clients.
- Lead behaviorial in-context research events, analyze, systhesize and organize research data into meaningful themes, categories and visually compelling frameworks and behavioral models.
- Lead stakeholder interviews including: conducting, preparing notes and analyzing findings.
- Facilitate user scenario planning sessions with internal teams and clients.
- Lead development of personas/segmentations based on research findings.
- Drive development of engagement scenarios and frame works.
- Lead the creation of visually compelling representations of the solution's high-level interaction, navigation and organization design.
- Create comprehensive sitemaps, wireframe systems and process flows for large-scale solutions.
- Estimate, plan, track progress and lead projects.
- Manage operational level client meetings including workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design-related major.
- Min 4 years experience.
- Proficient in user-centric design methods and techniques.
- Excellent in analytical and process-oriented skills.
- Strong verbal and written capabilities.
- Able to work with cross functional teams.
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency preferred.
- Experience in UI design for mobile devices and omni-channels preferred.

As the Project Architect we seek, you will be involved in all stages of the project from concept to construction, working with in-house team members, consultants, clients and contractors. With an arsenal of skills and talents, we will rely on you to be familiar with a variety of project types and be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. You must have an understanding of construction and building systems and materials and should be able to perform code analysis, develop details, perform QA/QC and review cost estimates and specification.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5-10 years of experience, preferably in healthcare and public sector.
- Good technical report writing, verbal and written communication skills.
- Unwavering commitment to excellence, willing to learn, have a good attitude and ability to work with others in a collaborative manner.
- Ability to pass a security clearance and background check as some projects require.
