We are currently seeking a talented Senior Project Architect with the following experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years related experience.
- Must have experience with cultural, educational or institutional facilities.
- Prior experience in successfully leading project teams and coordinating with project consultants/clients is required.
- Must have ability to assist with or run all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Candidates should have strong design and technical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Candidate should be proficient with AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM and other related design software.
- Licensed Architects preferred.
- Leed accredited preferred.
- A graduate of an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree program or related combination.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, design focused Intermediate Architect that understands our brand to work closely with the studio team on ground up and interior projects in all phases of design.
Candidates must have relevant experience in New York City, be creative, focused and embrace our culture for being passionate about design excellence, efficiency, hard work and execution.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years working experience with design documentation, 3D modeling, and project coordination and management in design focused firms.
- Knowledge of construction methods and technical detailing.
- Ability to manage project specifications, schedule and cost.
- Strong leadership, organization, management, and communication skills to assist with the development of the studio.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, rigorous, and collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated and energetic with the ability to multitask and work efficiently toward deadlines.
- Sophisticated design and graphic sensibility.
- Experience with New York City building codes.
- Degree from an accredited Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and V-Ray.
- Currently living in New York and legally eligible to work in the United States.
