Candidates will require the following:
- B. Arch or M. Arch degree required.
- 3 years of work experience.
- Extensive experience working in and around New York City.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong visual presentation and graphic skills.
- Excellent 3D modeling, rendering (Rhino).
- Excellent CAD, drafting (AutoCAD).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must be able to draw by hand, sketch.
- Must be able to build physical models.
- Highly self motivated.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Valid US work status.

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Senior Architect to join our Cambridge studio.
The successful candidate will have worked at Senior Architect/Associate level and will have a passion for winning new work and enjoy managing a high calibre and motivated team. We are looking for an applicant with strong design skills; you will also have taken responsibility for high value projects.
The successful candidate will assist in the seamless running of architectural projects to high professional standards and be responsible for the profitability and technical competence of their projects. Experience of working with historic buildings is desirable but not essential.
