Our Client an immediate opening for an up-and-coming Hotel & Restaurant Design Architect in working on major projects in Las Vegas, Macau, Singapore and beyond.

Do you have what it takes?
- Accredited degree in architecture.
- 5+ years experience designing branded hotels and resorts.
- Breakthrough ideas that you're dying to develop and apply.
- Technically proficient-AutoCAD, Revit etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to have an impact on the world.
- Your portfolio must contain a minimum of 5 images of Branded Hotels you have designed.

We have currently have several projects on the East coast, as well as throughout the rest of America, these are the projects that you would be working on should you be successful.
Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding the design project.
- Prepare, and develop where required, drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design.
- Assist where required in the co-ordination of the internal design team.
- Take responsibility, where required by the project leader, for specific areas of the design and project development.
- Liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies.
- Seek, and record evidence of, continuing professional development (CPD) and an annual Personal Development Plan (PDP) in accordance with the requirements of the RIBA (or equivalent as applicable e.g. AIA, National Administration Board of Architectural Registration (NABAR)).
Ideally, candidates will have experience working on commercial projects in the New York area. All candidates must have a passion for innovative design.
Candidates will ideally be registered architects in New York, and have experience of working projects through all phases of design.
Candidates with strong technical skills would be a preference.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA.
This position comes with an immediate start date, and salary is dependent on experience.
