studio PPARK is an architecture and interior design firm based in the NYC metro area. We serve a variety of projects in NYC, the Hamptons, Nantucket, Westchester and the East Coast. Our office is adjacent to the metro north Irvington stop (Westchester county 40 min from Grand Central). We are seeking a junior- intermediate designers/architects (full time), preferably 2-6 years of relevant design experience, to join our growing practice. Responsibilities will include design, drafting and coordination in all phases of architectural projects (including site observation in NYC and beyond).

Qualifications:
- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of 3D and Presentation software including, but not limited to, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, Photoshop and Adobe Suites.
- Knowledge of residential construction and renovation is highly recommended.
- NYC DoB, LPC and NYS filing experience is also highly recommended.
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the US. We are not able to sponsor international applicants at this time.

to start immediately in our studio in Shanghai.
Working across interior architecture, product and communication design, our team creates buildings, interior spaces, products and communication strategies that are always part of a larger whole and always unique – as unique as your talent.
As a senior interior architect on a full-time contract, you would be responsible for carrying out complex and challenging tasks as part of an interdisciplinary project team.
Your tasks will include:
- Implementation of a range of interior concepts, with original thinking, lateral thinking, questioning of current trends.
- Content and design development of complex, frequently bilingual projects.
- Development of integrated, multidisciplinary strategies.
- Working in interdisciplinary project teams: interior design, communication design and product design.
- Spoken and written presentations, inspirational and convincing delivery, in both German and English.
- Direct communication with our clients.

- At least 8 years’ professional experience in an interior architecture context.
