Looking for highly motivated individuals with 7+ years of work experience in Schematic Design through Construction Administration phases.
Applicants must have a degree in architecture from an accredited college, proficiency in AutoCAD, a thorough knowledge of Construction Documents, extensive experience in Construction Administration, and demonstrated experience as team leaders. Previous experience with consulting engineer coordination, technical detailing, specification research, obtaining agency approvals and working with contractors is required.
Candidates considered will be responsible for developing details and providing design support in the preparation of Design Development and Construction Documents. A full range of communications skills is required, as the candidate is expected to manage projects, provide direction to the A/E Team through all phases of work. A full range of communications skills are required as the candidate is expected to participate in all phases of work. Previous experience in this described capacity is a requirement.
