We are seeking experienced Architect's to join our expanding office based in the beautiful town of Cockermouth. This is the ideal opportunity for you to address your live / work balance and work and live in the Lake District National Park on exciting new projects.
We are a medium sized multi-disciplined Practice working across sectors within Cumbria and National Park operating from two offices in Cockermouth and Kendal. We can offer a good renumeration package alongside long term career prospects for the right candidates.
Required Skills / Experience
- Minimum of 10-year's post RIBA Part 3 experience.
- Manage projects with minimal Director supervision; manage numerous small projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulate and diplomatic manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.
- Ability to assist in the management of Architectural Design Teams.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of Vectorworks and Sketchup.
