We are currently seeking a full-time Project Designer or Project Architect to join our collaborative studio environment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4-10 years professional work experience. Qualifications include:
- Proficiency in BIM CAD software, ArchiCAD preferred (Version 18 or later).
- Knowledge and experience in creating construction documents.
- Understanding of wood-frame construction assemblies and details.
- Proficiency in Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
- A strong work ethic with demonstrated organizational and time-management techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment.
- Actively contributes to group dialogues and team conversations.
- Demonstrates leadership potential.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks efficiently and within given timelines.
- Proven experience listening to clients, anticipating client needs, and meeting project objectives.
- A professional architecture degree from an accredited college/university is required.
- Hand drawing / illustration skills and Leed AP a bonus.

- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.
