Their award winning design team are looking for a Conceptual design Architect to join them in producing cutting edge designs for their clients.
This individual will be responsible for creating contemporary concepts to present to the clients, and overseeing the design intent throughout the life of the project.
Working with their colleagues, this Designer will ensure that projects are within local codes and regulations.
Requirements
This individual will have between 5 and 10 years post graduation of an Architecture Degree, from a reputable University.
Their experience will be focused on front end conceptual design, where they are producing freehand and 3D image designs. With a solid knowledge of construction, this individual will be able to bring flair and innovation to the already talented concept team.
Autocad, Revit, StudioMax are necessary.
Experience on largescale, mixed use projects ideal within a well regarded, international design practice is required.

Our client is one of the leading architecture and design firms in the industry. They are located in Midtown and they are seeking an Intermediate Project Architect who specializes in corporate interiors to join their growing team. The Intermediate Architect will support the lead Project Manager and will be an active contributor to the production of drawings for all phases of the project.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of professional experience.
- Expertise with corporate interior projects.
- Local NYC project experience desired.
- Project experience from concept through to construction administration.
- Strong design and technical abilities.
- Capable of working independently without supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at one time.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Must be proficient with Revit.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
- Licensed Architects preferred but not mandatory.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States without visa restrictions.
