The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Strong design and visual communication skills.
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- The ability to carry the design intent of a project through construction documentation and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in Rhino, InDesign and Photoshop. Illustrator with CadTools plug-in experience desired by not necessary.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, work well independently and in teams.

Senior Technical Project Architect minimum ten years post Part III. An exciting opportunity has opened up for a senior architect experienced in construction and refurbishment to lead coordination on a major complex construction project, currently in development with an ambition to start on site next year.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working on complex and technical refurbishment projects in the UK, confidence with construction detailing, problem solving skills, information coordination and a proven record with contractor communication.
Site experience essential. BIM literacy important. Revit, Life sciences and healthcare experience useful. Experience of delivery through NEC3 (option A) would be beneficial.
