Gluckman Tang Architects is a 24-person firm located in New York City with a wide-range of projects in type, scale and location. GTA is seeking a motivated and talented designer with 3-5 years of experience in the design and documentation of cultural, educational and residential projects. Candidate must be nimble, capable of working on a variety of tasks concurrently, and demonstrate that they work well as a member of a project team.
The following qualifications are required:
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with developing drawing sets from Concept Design through Construction Documents.
- High Proficiency with AutoCad along with a strong working knowledge of Revit.
- High Proficiency with 3D modeling and rendering programs – Rhino, 3DS Max, Vray.
- High Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
Currently residing in the tri-state area and authorized to work in the US without the need for employee sponsorship.

BKSK Architects LLC, is looking for a Junior Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience and a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style. Founded in 1985, BKSK Architects is a New York City-based firm specializing in design that is socially, contextually and ecologically engaged. The firm's diverse range of work includes award-winning cultural, civic, educational, liturgical and residential projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in programming and pre planning design analysis.
- Develop and execute design documentation including space planning, design development, construction documents and detailing for interior architecture projects.
- Finish and furniture sourcing, recommendations/selection and coordination.
- Perform site inspections, reviews shop drawings and material submittals and other related construction administration tasks.
Ideal Candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited university.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Workplace expertise.
- Excellent presentation, drawing and sketching skills.
- Strong FF&E experience including: sourcing, purchasing, tracking, and installation.
- Knowledge of custom furniture design/millwork a plus.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, Sketch up, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite (Other design-related programs are a plus).
- Motivated self-starter and works well in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to communicate comfortably and confidently with team members and clients.
