We are currently seeking an Architect with 1 year’s experience post Part III and a Part II Architectural Assistant to join our busy and friendly studio in Bath to work on a variety of high quality projects, principally residential and commercial including listed buildings. Design excellence, commitment and enthusiasm are all required along with a thorough knowledge of construction detailing and CAD skills. Experience in Vectorworks 3D would be an advantage. Capability of working in a team or independently, self-motivation and self-checking skills all essential.

PCA currently has a full-time openings for a senior architects and engineers to conduct condition assessments of office (low- and high-rise), retail, industrial, mutifamily, and hospitality properties in major metropolitan markets throughout the United States. Assessment are performed in connection acquisition and finance transactions for in PCA's institutional real estate clients around the country. The positions require extensive travel (2-3 days per week) and the ability to meet fast-paced transaction deadlines. Ideal candidates will possess a broad range of experience in design, construction administration/management, forensics, and consulting. Experience with all building systems and multiple disciplines is highly desirable, as is in-house experience with institutional real estate investors/developers.
Projects required close attention to detail and the ability to concisely articulate findings, both orally and in writing.

Candidates must possess the following experience:
- A 4-year architectural degree.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a broad range of activities, including design, construction oversight, forensics, and project management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience performing building condition assessments for institutional clientele on a wide range of product types including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily residential.
