We are seeking a Project Architect to join our housing practice. The Project Architect will work as key part of the design team during construction for high-profile, sustainable, urban housing developments in the New York area. Construction Administration experience with multi-family residential is vital.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
- NYS Architectural Registration.
- 5-10 years relevant professional experience.
- Strong design, production and technical skills.
- NYC Construction Administration Experience.
- Strong graphic and presentation skills.
- Focused, articulate, well organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other 3D software.
- Knowledge of NYC Building code and NYC Zoning.
- Regulations; familiarity with Enterprise Green Homes and Leed.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Studio PCH is a boutique architecture firm in Malibu focused on high-end residential and commercial work. We currently seek an interior designer with a 5-8 years of experience in high-end, luxury hospitality design. This position will be focused on developing a large luxury hotel building from design development to finished construction. This position will be full time or by contract (to be negotiated) and is for immediate hire.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily coordination with principle, architectural team, consultants, and contractor.
- Daily research and AutoCAD drafting.
- Client presentations.
- Coordination with manufacturers.
- General project management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in luxury high-end hospitality design (applicants with less than 5 years of experience will not be reviewed).
- Depth of knowledge in hospitality (specifically hotel design).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must demonstrate strong project management skills and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of current and relevant industry materials and products.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, driven.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
- Fluent in English.
