As Nicol Thomas continue to expand, they are now looking add an experienced Riba Chartered Architect to their team, with strong flair for design and excellent technical ability and communication skills.
Skills and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day management of projects.
- Interpretation of brief’s and completion of site assessments.
- Strong flair For design.
- Experience in Masterplanning.
- Design, specification and delivery of working drawings.
- Production information including products, equipment and suppliers.
- Project management including cost awareness/control.
- Contract administration, H&S Legislation and Building Regulations.
- Client liaison and communication with Contractors.
- Running job from inception to completion.

We are looking for a dynamic Lead Architect to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Production of drawings and documents through all stages of the project from Concept Design to Schematic to Detailed Drawings.
- Aid in the supervision process, produce layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCad in accordance with current building regulations and the clients’ project specifications.
- Work under the supervision of Chief Architect, sometimes from rough sketches and specifications.
Other requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience.
- AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, SketchUp.
