Role:
- Develop and generate design concepts using a variety of graphic techniques.
- Develop and generate schematic drawings and 3D renderings.
- Develop and present furniture, fabric and finishes palettes.
- Prepare presentation material.
- Maintain and help to evolve design resources / library.
Requirement:
- 1-3 years experience in Hospitality Design.
- Exceptional skill on 3D renderings(V-ray with 3DS max is a must).
- Fully proficient on Autocad 2015, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Excellent English language, communication and presentation skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States.

Project Architect, at least 5 yrs Post Part III with Residential Experience and more. To lead a team for the design of a major residential project forming part of an ambitious regeneration initiative in London. As well as design skills, the successful candidate will need strong organisational expertise, with meticulous attention to detail.
They should also be a great communicator with a high level of professionalism at all times and be able to work effectively under pressure.
Must be fully conversant with UK Building Regulations, experienced in production information packages, detailing and NBS Specification writing, and be able to write and compile stage reports.
Software skills must include proficiency in: Revit, AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
Design ability: a flair for creating solutions that reconcile design vision with practicality and efficient delivery.
Excellent Communication skills across the board including with clients, managers and other team members.
Ability to take responsibility, when required, and meet project deadlines.
Experience:
- Experience of working with all RIBA stages from 0 to 7.
- Experience of working on contract values above £10m.
- Sufficient UK based project running experience to steer a project through the design and construction process.
