FRAME are currently recruiting a project leading Senior Architect to join an international practice with offices all over the UK.
This opportunity is for a Senior Revit Architect to join their London based practice where they have recently landed a couple of really exciting Residential projects consisting of 300+ units in the heart of London. They are looking for a leader to help manage multiple projects and liaise with the team from Directors, Technicians, Architects and Clients.
Your main responsibilities on a daily basis will be to manage various teams on projects and deliver and manage a project from the initial stages to ensure projects that move quickly and are on track for deadlines. You will be required to manage more than 1 project at any given time and be responsible for your own time and work load as efficiently as possible.
The ideal Architect would be someone who has 5 years in-house working experience on large scale Residential blocks or high rise. This individual could have a heavy conceptual design approach where most of the projects will be early stages; however a strong technical understanding is essential as projects may go beyond the Design stage to detailing and planning stages and you must have been exposed to this in previous projects.
This practice have a very low staff turnover and value every member of their team which is why they are seeking a like-minded individual who will be a committed employee and look to build a successful career with them. They are offering a permanent role and salary is dependent on experience.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you then please send through your CV and Portfolio samples of 7mb to email. Likewise if you know of anyone at all that may be interested in architectural roles then do please pass on my details as I'd love to speak with them!
