Save Apply See Design Studio are recruiting a project Architect to join our growing practice. Our vibrant studio works from a converted industrial mews in Twickenham. Seed devotes the entirety of studio time to contemporary architectural projects in the residential and commercial sectors.
Working on projects from feasibility and concept through planning and onto completion, we start every project with complete creative freedom and aim to realise our intentions through an explorative approach to detail design.
Applicants will have the unique opportunity to experience and influence the practice development as we continue to grow.
Candidates must have prior project leader experience and should demonstrate experience at all project stages.
The role will involve the responsibility and management of other member of the studio team and applicants should display excellent communication and management skills.
An in depth knowledge of technical design and detailing will be of the upmost importance and applicants will be asked to work through full tender documents.
All applicants should already have the right to work in the UK and must have a RIBA Part-III qualification.

A global Architectural and Interior Design firm currently has a great opportunity for FF&E Designer to join their international and dynamic team in Asia. The ideal candidate will need at least 5 years’ FF&E experience in the hospitality interiors sector, preferably in luxury 5-star hotel projects. This is an excellent growth opportunity to join an international and dynamic creative team. It is a must that you are bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Review drawings to write/edit FF&E specifications for projects.
- Coordinate compliance with project requirements, institutional guidelines, technical conditions, and existing laws, rules, regulations and codes.
- Perform product research.
- Assist designers with material and system constructability analysis.
- Incorporate integrated sustainable design solutions to projects.
Key requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FF&E within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of design trends, products, and material application.
- Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines.
- Strong in technical production, particularly with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ability to produce detail oriented & fully integrated FF&E specificiations package.
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
