A multi-award winning practice in East London who are known for their expertise in a variety of sectors are now looking for a talented and experienced Design Architect to join them on a permanent basis.
Established over 25 years ago, the company is run by a team of Directors and Associates and now employs over 60 members of staff, and have offices based in London, Sussex and Bristol. The team consists of a number of Architectural, Technological and Administrative staff, specialising in a variety of sectors such as; Housing, Education, Commercial, Community, and are experts at Masterplanning for both urban and rural sites. Over the years, they have been shortlisted for over 20 design awards including; 4 RIBA Awards, 4 Civic Trust Awards, 4 Residential Design Awards, and 7 Education Design Awards.
Role / responsibilities:
Working in a busy and close knit office with a variety of levels of Architectural staff, you will be reporting to the Directors and Associates whilst working on large Residential projects, amongst a variety of other sectors. You will be working through concept designs to technical RIBA stages on projects of a value of £5million and up.
Required skills / experience:
- Part III Qualified.
- A minimum of 2 years UK post qualification experience.
- Strong early stage design and technical skills.
- Have experience of working on £5million.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and AutoCAD are essential.
- Revit proficiency will be advantageous.
- Highly articulate and able to communicate to clients and colleagues on all levels.
- Experience working on large developments or projects would be admirable.
- An organised and efficient approach.
Salary / Package:
In addition to a highly competitive basic salary ranging from £36,000 – £43,000 dependent on experience you will be offered a selection of generous benefits.

An established design agency specializing in creating new concepts for mass market and luxury stores, is looking for a Senior Interior Designer. You will be working with the Associate Creative Director and must be a highly creative designer with a proven ability to lead the design process. Our client is looking for someone who leads and develops design solutions for retail multi-touch point campaigns, is strong at communicating ideas through hand sketches, presentations and proposals and have a passion for luxury.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a Interior Design or Brand Management.
- Experience in retail environments is critical.
- Must be both strategic and creative.
- Proficient in design softwares with an added strength in hand sketching.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
