We are looking for an architect with an advanced degree in architecture, exceptional design skills, a minimum of five years post graduate experience including strong REVIT/BIM experience. For this position, we are seeking an architect who is able to act as the BIM leader for a particular project while also contributing to the overall project design and development of the drawings set as part of the project team. We value team members with strong verbal and graphic communication skills, the enthusiasm and ideas to contribute to design dialogue, and the determination to continue to interrogate and improve on design. Established in 2007, the Directors and Associate Directors set up the practice having worked for two, now very well-known firms, having seen them through crucial points in their growth and reputations; with one of them expanding from 25 to 130 staff, and listed in the AJ Top 10.
Currently a team of 25 themselves, this is a very structured, design focused practice, known for their high standards and irrefutable high-quality design. They work through an iterative and rigorous design process to create architecture and places of enduring excellence. They typically work across a range of sectors and scales; from a £1.8m extension of a private house for a private Client, through to £20m one off projects for independent developers, and beyond this to £200m major mixed use regeneration schemes.
The practice is extremely ambitious, and recently entered an exciting European competition, with the aim to enter and win more European and International competitions moving forward.

Role & responsibilities:
Candidates will be required to take on a number of project types and scales, and see these through various Riba stages. You will have involvement in all project stages, under the supervision of Senior staff where necessary. All current projects are London based.
Required Skills & Experience
- Riba Part III qualified or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years UK experience post qualification.
- A strong background in the residential sector, particularly large scale and/or regeneration schemes.
- Highly proficient in Revit with demonstrable experience on live projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- An enthusiastic approach and passion for high-quality design.
Salary & Package
The successful applicant will be offered a salary between £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience. In addition to salary, staff receive 20 days holiday + bank holidays; with an additional 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years of service.
