Small Tribeca office seeks a full-time Junior Project Architect for work on production of design presentations and construction drawings for residential, commercial, and educational projects in the NYC area. Candidate should be a motivated, self-starter and possess the following:
- 5 year Bachelor of Architecture degree.
- Between 1-3 years US architectural office experience, preferably in New York City. (Work experience may be concurrent with undergraduate study).
- Experience with production of construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction detailing and materials.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCad and 3-D (Rhino/V-Ray), Photoshop and InDesign.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of NYC building codes, filing process, and zoning regulations is a plus.
Salary based on skill level and experience with potential for rapid advancement.

Studio Seilern Architects is seeking an experienced P3 project architect. The candidate must have minimum 5 years’ UK experience at all RIBA work stages and strong construction detailing skills. This role is primarily to lead the D&B construction stage of a new build performing arts centre but will also involve quality control of smaller projects. This is a senior level appointment to supplement the technical skills within the office. Salary negotiable. SSA has recently moved to a new studio in West London.
