Our London studio is looking for a Senior Architect to work within our Detail Studio on the delivery of projects at post-planning stages. UK construction knowledge essential, with experience in new-build housing. A track record of team leadership on the design and delivery of projects, co-ordinating design teams and day-to-day client relationships required.
We develop the majority of our design work using 3D modelling, so a good knowledge of Autodesk Revit is an advantage. Excellent presentation skills are essential.

We are searching for an experienced, hardworking Interior Architect/Interior Designer with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills to join our team of professionals.
Candidates will be working directly with the Lead Interior Designer and will assist in developing designs from the conceptual and presentation stage through the completion of construction documents and final installation.
This is a full time, 40 hrs/week, position at our office in Granada Hills. Compensation is based on experience.
Position (may include, but is not limited to)
- Revit and CAD drawings, as well as construction documents.
- Concept boards.
- Liaising with vendors.
- On-site measurements and photos.
- Assisting with on-site coordination.
- Floor plans and color schemes.
- Prepare schedules.
- Furniture selections.
- Photoshop plans, elevations and 3D views.
- Create finishes boards.
Qualifications
- Must hold a degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a design firm.
- Proficiency in construction drawings, codes, materials, furniture, finish selections and specifications.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in 3D Max or other rendering software is a plus.
- Must be extremely professional, reliable and punctual.
