As a Professional your responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating design development and construction documents. Projects include restaurant, retail and commercial work which will include both core and shell work. Assignments require Architect to take projects from cradle to permit. Experience in completing construction documents and knowledge of architectural building systems is required.

- Developed detailed and accurate architectural construction documents.

This Project Architect job presents an amazing opportunity for an experienced III to join the practice on a permanent basis. The successful Architect will be responsible for taking a number of projects from post planning stages through to onsite delivery and completion and will be job running a number of fantastic projects. The role will entail a lot of responsibility, therefore you must be able to work autonomously from inception to completion, managing and co-ordinating a number of projects at different design stages.
Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be a minimum of Part III qualified with at least 3 years UK experience working on high quality design led projects. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good detailing experience and have the motivation to work towards the delivery of complex projects onsite.
Excellent design, technical and communication skills are essential in addition to a proactive and driven approach to deliver high quality design work. This is a very hands on position, to really get stuck in to designing and building stunning contemporary, neo-futuristic projects.
