Weather Projects is a full-service architecture studio based in Los Angeles, California. Working on multiple scales and types of projects, Weather engages the ever-changing and ever-present social, economic, and natural environments through a dialogue with physical forms and spaces that consider context, function, and effects. The focus of the work revolves around ideas, attitudes, and strategies regarding, typology and organizational models, diffuse boundaries, fields and aggregations, and a preference for the primitive over the complex. The studio's belief is these physical forms, spaces, and artifacts have the ability to offer society a sense of place, of fascination, and a new way of experiencing the world.

Weather Projects is currently seeking a junior - intermediate designer position. Responsibilities will include research, project design and documentation, and include site visits during construction phases. Compensation will be commensurate to experience.

Successful candidates will have a professional degree in architecture, strong design and 3D modeling skills, have experience in working in collaborative environments, and demonstrate effective problem solving and communication skills. The candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Minimum requirements include

- B.Arch or M.Arch degree from accredited school.
- 1-3 years working experience in an architecture office.
- Adobe suite.
- AutoCAD.
- Revit.
- Rhino.
- English fluency required, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in the following would be a plus.

- Experience in Grasshopper, V-ray, or maxwell.
- Experience in project documentation.
- Experience with construction administration.

KYSON, multi-award winning architectural practice has an expanding portfolio that varies from bespoke housing and boutique hotels to larger scale commercial and residential developments.

We are looking for a qualified senior Architect to to join our Shoreditch studio (London) to work on a variety of exciting projects. Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the UK and have strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning process.

Candidate should be able to demonstrate:

- Strong design and/or technical skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- High proficient use of AutoCAD.
- Adobe Suite & Sketch-up beneficial.
- Ability to work within in a team and lead when called upon.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of coordinating and liaising design with external consultants.
- Experience liaising with Local Authority Planning Departments.
