Jinny Blom Landscape Design is looking for a talented and experienced landscape architect with CMLI (or equivalent) to support expanding workload. Jinny Blom Ltd is based in London’s Clerkenwell and works on a wide range of projects, from private gardens through to large countryside estates in the UK and abroad. We work in close collaboration with architects, designers and craftsmen and our projects range from historic restorations through to contemporary schemes, installations and carefully selected commercial work. The gardens and landscapes created are as varied as their owners and locations.

You will be working on various projects from concept design stage through to their implementation on site. Attention to and a love of detail is essential.

You will be preparing relevant information for concept design/planning/tender/construction stages including 3D visuals.

You will be liaising with clients, consultants and contractors and artisans.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience essential .
- CMLI with strong technical and project management skills essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player essential.
- Ability to travel abroad and adapt to flexible working hours’ essential.
- Good manners and discretion essential.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop and InDesign essential.
- Hand drawing skills an asset.
- Plant knowledge desirable.
- Foreign language skills an asset.

Asap is seeking an architectural designer to join our team at our Buffalo office. The ideal candidate will have an M.Arch. or equivalent and strong design skills grounded in the theory and practice of architecture. Additionally, we would prefer candidates with 2-8 years of professional experience, although others are welcome to apply. Architects with experience in residential work or adaptive reuse are especially encouraged as well.

Responsibilities may include: preparation of architectural documents at all design levels from concept to construction documents and administration; preparation of presentation documents and graphics; model building; interior design work including materials & FF&E research.

We are a growing boutique international design firm with projects in a variety of market sectors and locations. Our work is concept-driven and design focused, and has been recognized with a variety of awards and publications.
