To be considered, the preferred candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Professional degree from an accredited school.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the US, at least some of which has been in New York City.
- Strong design and graphic skills.
- Strong management skills.
- Experience with building envelope reconstruction and restoration.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and consultants.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to continually advance a project.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with New York City Regulatory Agency requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit.
The preferred candidate will be Registered or actively pursuing Registration.
