In the second construction phase of the new quarter on Henschel- / Federseestrasse in Lochhausen, we planned 95 condominiums with a floor space of 35-105m² in three additional buildings. The 1-4 room apartments have large, continuous balconies on three sides of the building, the main orientation of the apartments again faces south. Generous two-story house entrances emphasize the address structure. The architecture firm Deffner / Voitländer was responsible for the facade design.
