On an underdeveloped block at the heart of downtown, adjacent to a city landmark, Rainier Square will redefine the Seattle skyline and bring new energy to the central business district. When completed, Rainier Square will include a 59-story, mixed-use high-rise — the city's second tallest — containing office space and 181 residential units, a 12-story boutique hotel with 220 rooms, and 71,000 square feet of retail as well as below-grade parking for 879 vehicles.
